How to cancel a reservation

To cancel a reservation:

1. Log into your RNTX account.
2. Go to "My Trips."
3. Select the reservation you want to cancel.
4. Click "Cancel reservation."
5. Review the cancellation policy and any refund amount.
6. Confirm the cancellation.

Your refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the property's cancellation policy and your payment method.
