Grandparents get the sun-filled upper unit; the young family takes the fireside suite; everyone shares dinner. Visiting family, two-household trips, or work crews who want real doors between them.

🏠 THE COACH UNIT — above-ground, perched over the garage with its own entrance and stairs: sun-filled, hardwood floors, its own kitchen and full bath with tub. Guests of this suite call the natural light incredible.

🔥 THE FIRESIDE SUITE — 2 bedrooms + a den with a real bed, 10-foot ceilings, warm lighting, and the fireplace that cancels evening plans. Full kitchen, bath with bidet, and the big dining table for shared meals.
